We lived at Water's Edge apartments our first year of marriage and absolutely loved it. It was a perfect place for us to establish our new lives together. We felt both the property manager and maintenance men responded to our needs immediately and effectively, which is very important when renting.
We frequently utilized the pool in the summer because it is a very peaceful atmosphere and is kept clean.
Within a short walking distance, we would strool down to the river after working all day and watch the sailboats glide down the water; it was relaxing.
The general atmosphere is friendly and inviting due to the tasteful personalization of each balcony and the grounds are consistently maintained weekly.
I have recommended and continue to recommend friends and family live at Water's Edge. The area is secluded, tree-lined, and welcoming, which isn't common in Philadelphia.
Definitely a great place to call home. :-)
