I like this place

I have been living here for abt 9 months and really like this place. Its quiet, safe(which is my main priority) and cosy. The neighbours keep to themselves but they will wave or make small talk when they see you. Mostly the residents comprise of people 60yrs and above. There r a few retired cops living here too.
Parking is ample. Manager Bunny and the maintainance guys esp Pete r very nice. Maintainance is very quick and efficient.
The scenic view is good..esp in the summer. Its nice watching the rabbits, squirrels and geese roam around the apartments. We did have a bunch of raccoons once during the rainy season rummaging thro our trash but they seem to have disappeared since then.
I love that they do not accept pets except for cats so I dont have to worry abt poop on the ground and dogs jumping on me when I walk arnd the apt !
The train station is a 10-12 min walk which is not too bad but there r days when I've wished it could be closer!
It is a lil expensive compared to the other apts in the area, we pay $1062 for a 2b2b. The apartment does have a swimming pool but sadly no gym or playground like the other apts in the area.
We pay the city tax and car insurance is high.
And Yes, the utility bills r high esp in summer.
Overall its a good place and I will highly recommend it but it is definitely expensive.
