Big, quiet, inexpensive apartment living.

Tall ceilings, hardwood floors, big rooms, and all utilities included. What more can you ask for' I've been living at Wayne Manor for over a year now and I've never had a problem with anything.
This is the second property that I've rented from the leasing company who owns Wayne Manor. The people are nice, and know everyone in the building by first name.
Wayne Manor is a nice, safe place to live in the Germantown area.
Very close to 76 and Center City. EXTREMELY close to the Wissahickon Trail and Kelly Drive, and the Tulpehocken train station is right in your back yard (I've never heard a train pull up or leave the entire time I've lived here.).
I honestly love living here.
