Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I've lived here for over 3 years and have had absolutely NO problems. It is extremely quiet and tranquil. Have yet to see any pests. Office and maintenance staff are wonderful and attentive. Wonderful setting for such a great apartment.
