Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I lived at Wayne Manor for 3 years, from may 2002 until July 2005. I had a great apartment on the 3rd floor, on the back corner. It was peaceful and comfortable. I never had a maintenance problem. Problems were fixed quickly. The maint staff was always on the property and responded quickly. The office staff was very friendly, and always helpful. Since I lived there the property changed ownership so I don't know what has happened since then, but I was happy the entire time I lived there, and would have stayed had I not moved to Florida.
