This is a great building that is located right on the Square. The multiple doormen are friendly and the building manager and repair men are also great. It is comparable in price to other apartments in the area and is well-run. Only complaint is that the walls are a little thin and you have to get on a waiting list for extra storage space. Otherwise, I love it here. And the building is very dog-friendly!
