bad: the apt is OLD. things are dirty when you move in. i had to SCRUB EVERYTHING TO DEATH. the hallway carpets have stains. the windows are thin. halls have that 'old people smell'

good: so far no bugs yet, but i'm paranoid as hell. they exterminate every month for you, but they forgot about me last month :(
they replaced my dishwasher when it broke, and fix most things the first time, always the second time.

the management's a little wacky, but not a problem. they live in the apts, along with the maintanence people.

alot of old people live here, so it's relatively quiet. it's kind of creepy walking home at night, but a good neighborhood in the day time. cute grounds, courtyards, pool, senior center. close to public trans and shopping.

the one bedroom here is bigger than most other apts that i looked at. huge walkin bedroom closet, decent sized kitchen seperate dining area. best of all-- everyone has their own balcony!


i hope i dont have to edit this post when/if something goes wrong, but i will if i have to!

oh i think you will definitely edit your post in a matter of time. i live in the dogwood building and i have soooo much trouble with mice. i so far have caught 8 and yet stil there is more. i told flossie and she seems to have not remember me each time i come to talk to her and complain. i think she might have a serious problem with memory loss. i have to tell her who i am and what the problem is each time i went in and it was like 3 days in a row. the maint. staff is horrible except for the head super. his name is david (the spanish guy) he really does try to help. The others are just plan lazy and have no respect for your belongings. oh and the last thing that happened recently - there was a robbery that happened in the building and the robber had left behjind some bullet shells as a threat.
