My daughter and I both live at Welshwood Apartments for 2 years now and are extremely pleased, except for being able to hear your neighbors above and below talking, (I guess when they built this building they forgot about noise control) but I just turn the TV a little louder and tune them out. I don't have to go outside for mail, various laundry rooms on each floor. I look out the balcony with beautiful trees in front of me. Flossy and David are great, have always been able to fix any issues when needed.
