I absolutely loved the landlord and I have had some bad landlords in my day. The landlord, Tim, genuinely cares if you have a problem and sends someone to check out your apartment if you have a problem within 24 hours. He definately updates appliances, carpeting, etc when needed and keeps the places in the best condition possible for a college campus. He is really cool when it comes to having pets in your apartment and isnt one of those stuck, rude landlords. Plus, the people that he hires to help him with his apartments are extremely friendly and helpful too. If you are looking for an apartment though, I recommend calling months in advance because he's hard to get an apt with since so many people want to live in his complexes. Also, he has parking spots available you can rent that are cheaper than anyone else in the area.

I would never have moved out if it weren't for me moving in with my boyfriend.

I totally agree, Tim is the man. You'll never have a better landlord. He will always help you and actually return your phone calls. He even let us slide on some late rent charges once. P.S. Tim- get a computer, how do you do all your bookwork by hand??!?
