Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
you could do a lot better in philly for the rent they charge.
small apts, ancient appliances, no A/C, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal. pipes are constantly clogged.
the laundry facility is horrible. dead roaches everywhere and yesterday i saw a mouse - told the guy at the front desk, and he did nothing.
look elsewhere.
