I have lived here for almost a year, and I have been happy with the management. The building is old, and therefore has some quirks that often require attention from the management (weak radiators, drippy faucets). But, the building manager is friendly and helpful - he can always get the problem fixed, and even the occasional rent refund for your trouble. The location is fantastic, and the rent is much less than any other building in the area. If you are a student or a recent grad and you want to live right in the middle of everything for a reasonable price, then this is a good place to choose. You will sacrifice some ammenities (like pristine laundry facilities), but I think it's worth it.
