I've lived here for a few months now. You definitely get what you pay for. The amenities aren't as fabulous as some of the really large buildings in Center City, and that last poster is right about the neighborhood being really loud. There are a lot of bars in the area, so it's understandable. I've gotten very used to the noise though. However, the management is very attentive, and the all inclusive bill (heat, hot water, electric cable included in rent) is a great deal for this neighborhood.
