horrible place to live! the rental manager Nate Griffin and everyone at the Galman Group are extremely unprofessional, can never be reached for emergencies, and do not return phone calls. when i was able to reach the rental manager, i was told that my issue was not important and that he had other work to do. building has roach infestation, mice infestation, leaky pipes that leave water bubbles inside your walls and ceiling. my car was also vandalized on the property. overpriced for poor apartment and management.

I had a similar situation as you. The rental manager is a piece of S##T. Everything you said about the property is true, if you are looking for a dump then this is the place to rent from. I definetly would look elsewhere for a place to live. If you want a lot of headaches and poor relationship with the property service then this is your place if not I highly Highly recommend going somewhere else.

I agree also. When I wanted to leave they said I only had to give them a letter 3 months in advance. I wrote one up and submitted it 4 months in advance. After never hearing back from them I called Nate (prop manager) and he never called back until week before my leave date and said I would be responsible for an additional 2 months rent because THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYONE TO RENT IT! Also, get a bill 9 months after moving out for electric they said they would discontinue and never did, even though they took it out of my deposit. The management is moronic from the property manager to the executive. No professionalism, respect, or courtesy to paying tenants. Can't count the number of time I woke up to Nate yelling in the hallways about nothing.
