Westminister Arch Apartments

Absolutely Wonderful! From: thebeefmeister@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/28/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   This is an absolutely wonderful building, especially considering the price. The area is very convenient (10 minute walk) to Rittenhouse Square shopping, but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. It's a short walk to Fairmount Park and the Museum of Art. 30th street station and several bus and trolley lines are only a few blocks away. Laundry facilities are on every floor and are brand new, using a declining balance card so you don't have to carry change around with you. The noise level is extremely low. I live next door to a family with a baby, and I VERY rarely hear anything at all. The staff is very friendly and the maintainance is superb. If you place a complaint on a weekday, it will be fixed the same day. There are no fitness facilities, but many of my neighbors get together often to bike, run or roller blade in Fairmount Park. It's a very friendly, warm community. For this price, there is nothing better in Philadelphia than Westminster Arch.
