I lived there for 3 years from Sept 2002 to June 2005. Overall, I was very happy with the apartment, although it was a better deal when I first moved in.

Pros:
Location - Near center city, close to subway, art museum area, Fairmont park, and walking distance to University of Pennsylvania.

Maintenance - Very timely. All my problems were resolved promptly.

Package delivery - Personally delivered to your apartment.

Parking - For a center city neighborhood, there was plenty of street parking, especially during the summer.

Cons:
Construction nearby - The most recent year I lived there, a big building across the street was being renovated, and it created almost unbearable dust and noise.

Air conditioning/Heating - Noisy, expensive to run in summer and winter. My Jaunary electricity bills were over $160.

Tenant noise - Usually this is not a problem. However, once in a while, someone would throw a party that would run late into the night.
