Westminister Arch Apartments

Good luck getting an apartment here... From: brinserdave Date posted: 8/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 photo   Since I moved to Westminster Arch, I have, several times, tried to refer friends or acquaintances. It seems no one is giving up their apartments here... and I don't blame them. Apartments here are an amazing value. I pay less than anyone I know and have a spacious studio with a beautiful view of the Schuylkill River, the Cira Centre, 30th Street Station. Second, the location is safe and extremely convenient. Third, the building is well-maintained and includes amenities that many other buildings do not offer. Best of all... FedEx and UPS packages that arrive for me are left inside my door by building management. It's not luxurious here, but the amenities and responsiveness of maintenance and management more than compensate. I know someone who lives 3 blocks away (21st and Chestnut) - he pays $850 utilities for an apartment smaller than mine with no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, no on-site laundry, etc. He's one of the people I tried to refer...
