Very large, great neighbors, great staff, online user account very convenient, private entrance, w/d in unit brand new, more like a home than apartment.

I agree. My family has been here for close to a year the staff in prompt with service calls and very pleasant to work with. I like the environment and the huge living space with the city location. It is the best of both worlds. Not to mention the rent is very reasonable and pet friendly.The parking lot can use a little more space for the residents but for the most oart people are polite and do not park in your assigned spot. I like it here and I will renew my lease if we are still in Philly come that time.
