5 years of Liss property and the rent has gone up 350$. we have never been late on our rent payments. We use to not get charged for water.Which is a set rate weather we use it or not. the Maitenence is terrible. the water heater broke upstairs which flooded my place. it took 2 years for them to replace my carpet. they have no dog limits. one guy has 2 huge dogs that ---- all over the place. The parking is the worst. There is not enough room for everyone that lives here. they dont plow when it snows. this year for the pool they want to charge 100$ per person for one season pass. the lifeguard that was here last year was able to bring his family from NY for free. they were there all summer. the pool use to be a fun place for me and my grandchildren but now i cant even look forward to taking them because of all these new charges which are ridiculous. They keep uping the rent and I havent seen any improvments in this place. for some reason there has been a few times that there was sewage running down the parking lot. it seems like cash under the table will get you in here. i dont think they perform proper background checks on applicants.

I think it is a serious allegation to make that offering money under the table will get dubious people in here! I am a resident here I havent been here 6 years but I love it here! I agree the parking lot is congested especially on the weekends but there is the option to park next door.
I have had a glimpse of all my neighbours and they dont look like criminals to me!As for that guy with two huge dogs...well he has a medical reason for having them and if you feel he is making a mess if your living space then call the main office and speak your mind! I have had a chance to work with the leasing agent and manager on issues before and she is very prompt and polite.
Furthermore....if you are so unhappy here then why stay???? Its not like there arent other places out there. If you feel the grass is greener elsewhere graze away! IF NOT you shouldnt ---- where you sleep! Good Day!
