Since we've lived here our rent has gone up $150. The maintenence were never skilled or qualified, but they used to at least be nice, clean and hard workers. Now, they are dregs of humanity, pulling up in their hoopties with their half naked girlfriends waiting in the car. Wearing wife beaters, smelling like weed and cussing. And they can't even fix ANYTHING!

You have to basically stage a protest in front of the office to get Anthanetta (the property manager) to do anything for you.

In the past month, there have been cops and/or the fire department here multiple times. A year ago, I never saw any police; everyone here was great. But, it's all gone downhill, drastically.

This place is not worth it. Go rent a house with a basement and a yard for $900 bucks because these apartments will make you regret being here.
