Its been a good experience here at woodbridge however, if you plan on moving in the studio apt you will hear the people above you. The floor creaks so loud, its absolutely terrible in my opinion. This is really my only complaint. Liss property has taken over now and they've raised the rent plus you have to pay water utility along with gas elec. I plan to move because I really cant tolerate the noise from the people above. I wont file a complaint because its not like its excessive noise, its just the ceilings are paper thin. If you plan on moving in the townhomes go for it, but if you enjoy silence the studio may not be a good deal. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Most apartments you live in you hear the noise above you, beside you, and below you - heck even in a row house you hear your next door neighbors. If we all could afford to live in single houses, we would; and then we wouldn't have to deal with the noise, but how many of us can afford that? You need to get an upper floor unit to resolve noise above you.
