I wrote a review about how great this place is about a year ago, but they recently changed management and things have just been downhill. The landscaping people don't come once a week anymore like they used to, there's trash everywhere and nobody enforces littering anymore, they don't refill the doggie bag station unless you call them 10,000 times, the once well-lit parking lot has became dark and scary at night because they don't replace light bulbs, and a lot more shady people have moved in, which leds me to believe they are not as strict about approving renters.
oh and they also increased the rent, and for that amount you might as well stay somewhere in South Philly, near the Stadiums, cuz it's A LOT nicer there nowadays and rent is still very cheap. In fact i'm moving outta here as soon as my lease is up. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

It is not true that the lawn is not cut once a week - they do come out and cut it, I know because I am a resident here. Anytime I have called the office to have anything addressed, they were extremely pleasant and helpful and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I see the maintenance guy over here every morning cleaning up trash. There are alot of residents here that aren't very clean either and they could certainly help by keeping our community nice. People today just don't care anymore.

Some of your observations are somewhat true. The poopie bags did run out a lot and sometimes it did take a few days to get them back. But what is wrong with people bringing their own? I always try to carry one at all times. The landscapers definitely were here every week once the season was in full swing. One was using a week whacker which flung a stone at my sliding glass door shattering it. That guy should stay away. The parking lot was dark and scary for a while. It was an electrical problem which is fixed. As far as the rent increase, much as I hated it, it was reasonable. The economy had more people looking for apartments and the higher demand just raised the prices. I read in the news that it was happening. Cannot blame it on Liss Property. I've lived here for 4 1/2 years and would have no qualms about living that much more.
