I have read the previous message..... Since November 2007 the building has been under new ownership and management.....The owner is very nice to all tenants. that safety of the neighborhood is outstanding with all homeowners located around the property. right on the cusp of Chestnut Hill which means good restaurants, schools, and a divers neighborhood to raise a family in. I've lived on the property for 10 years and i must say i have no intentions on going anywhere..... A definite treat :-)
