BEWARE. This complex is in a great area, has nice apts with hardwood floors and big windows, and could really be a phenomenal apt building... BUT ITS NOT. Not even close. The "onsite management" is a JOKE. The place constantly has trash all over the grouds, the tennants use the Supermarket shopping carts as a way to bring belongings to their apt and then just leave the carts all over the courtyard area that management wouldnt even dream of moving, then people will throw trash in them, and they still sit all over the property. And thats just the beginning... Katherine, the onsite manager must get some type of bonus for renting out the apts quickly because the people they rent to are a nightmare. I have seen 3 residents on three seperate occasions get taken away in hand cuffs, and if you sit around long enough you yourself can watch a drug deal. They will literally leave trash all over the sidewalks, abandoned cars will sit for months, mattresses will sit at the dumpsters that you can see right out of your bedroom windows for weeks and people will smoke in the apts. Its awful. I wish I would have read these reviews before I rented there because for what I paid monthly this place is no bargain. Its a shame that the owners, Renzi Property Management, won't take a trip down there to Wyndmoor Gardens more often to see how their property is being taken care of. A new set of property managers seems to be all the place really needs...

I am considering moving there in June 09. but after reading these reviews, I have some serious doubts.

trust me--- look elsewhere. I had moved out after I wrote that review but my friends still live in the area and it hasnt gotten better. it wont until they get new management. seriosuly there was a time when vandals took a dirty sofa that was rotting in the back parking lot at the dumpster and put it in the middle of the courtyard and it stayed there for over a week!!! no lie.
