This is a nice apartment building. It is generally quiet and it is kept very tidy. However for me (20-something), the style is a little old-lady-ish and dated! Very nice place to move to, and I like the fact that I have the ability to paint and remove some of this yucky wall paper! Definitely recommended as a place to move!
The rent is definitely affordable, and my rent includes all utilities (even cable), and the only extra expenses I pay are telephone and internet! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

how many bedrooms? what kind of parking? and exactly what is rent a month?

I viewed an apt. at Philipsburg House today. The manager (Brenda) is VERY VERY friendly, and very easy to talk to. The apt. is VERY small, but I loved the treatment she gave me, and I am definitely leaning toward renting from Philipsburg House.
