Nice building, nice people, friendly management

I moved to Philipsburg in June and began renting from Philipsburg House in early July, and I can say that I definitely love living here. The neighbors are friendly, and the management staff is very helpful, nonjudgmental, and easy to talk to.
The building is a secure building with 24-hour cameras in the lobby and laundry areas, which is definitely a plus. The building is an older one and the style of the apt. is a tad dated, but with all the positives that PH has to offer, stuff like that can most definitely be overlooked.
Overall, I'd recommend Philipsburg House to anyone looking for a place to live in town. This is an awesome experience for me.
