NOT A BAD PLACE TO LIVE

Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 2002
 
ISSY HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY NICE AND JOE AND JEN ARE ALWAYS ON TOP OF PROBLEMS. THE RENT IS LOW BUT THE ELECTRIC BILLS ARE HIGH. MORE LIGHTS ARE NEEDED IN THE PARKING LOTS, BUT AT LEAST IT'S NOT DOWNTOWN MAIN STREET. WOULD LIKE A BIGGER POOL THEN MORE TENANTS WOULD GO, CHARGE FOR GUEST TO COVER COSTS. NEIGHBORS SLAMMING DOORS SUCK, ESPECIALLY WHEN PICTURES FALL FROM YOUR WALLS. RAIN GUTTERS NEED TO BE FIXED...ICE FORMS IN WINTER.
