We found that Breckenridge just isn't worth the money. The rent seemed low, but all the utilities are electric which is VERY expensive. We chose to live here because we thought it was less expensive then other complexes in the area, but were proven wrong because of the high cost of utilities (you pay heat and hot water).
Also, the doors and windows are not good. There was a tremendous amount of drafting from the windows in the winter, even after we sealed them. And the front door is quite thin. You can hear everything that goes on in the hallway.
The good thing is that the office people are amazing!!
