That's what it's all about here...Rental increase's average $40.00 a month each year. New windows are nice however the front & back doors weren't and fall off on people's heads, pool doesn't open till August(so why are we paying for it''''), trash fills the sidewalks and parking lots from rude tenants that can't get off their fat A__ ___ and walk the trash to the dumpster like the tenants that have to clean up after them..., cig butts are thrown on grass causing a fire hazard, illegal parking of vehicles in the lots are a problem with some tenants thinking they own the place, then there's the tenant that peeks into other tenants apartments to see what they have!!!
