I currently live in the complex and have been fairly satisfied with my experience. Pros: sufficient square footage especially if you get finished basement, fairly reliable maintenace service, good customer service. Cons: can hear neighbors but that is not uncommon for type of facility, mice problem in winter!!! Leaking kitchen sink that has never quite been repaired despite numerous attempts. All in all mostly pleasant experience.....
