So far so good. I moved here about 2 months ago and I have had a fairly good experience. I think from where I lived previously, these places are 100% better. I live next to quiet people so I do not here a peep next door, which is a BIG plus! The only cons would be the trash area, just a big hassle to go there every day! The other thing is the no washer and dryer and having to go to a not-so clean laundromat. BUT overall, this place has been a great experience so far.
