My wife and I have lived here for the past year. I have always felt safe, except for how fast people drive. Maintenance is inconsistent. When our hot water heater went, they had a new one installed within an hour, but when our sink had aleak, it took them a week to fix. If you follow the rules, you will be very happy. For example, move your car when it snows (like they ask), and they will plow your space (like they say). Parking is not a problem. If someone continually takes your spot, talk to your neighbor or complain to the office. The problem will be fixed the next day. My only complaints is that you can hear your neighbors at times. Find out who you will be moving next to! But again, the office responds quickly. My other complaint is that there is definetly some white trash living here, but also some very nice people. Very affordable- $250 less than King of Prussia, and a much nicer area.
And the guy that wrote about electric- to my knowledge, the office can't quote prices! It could be perceived as being misleading.

I was also quoted prices on electric before i moved in. So they do not care at the office about being misleading.
