I have lived in a town home here for just over 6 years and I have never had any of the problems that previous reviewers mentioned. Occaisionally I see bugs in the summer, but you see that any where you go, even if you have your own home, but nothing really bad or out of control. My neighbors are courteous and play music and watch television at a reasonable level. I have never had any trouble with parking. Maintenance is great and management is very friendly. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here.
