Eland Downe was an awful place to live. The worst part was the staff they are rude and think they are above everywhere. the only townhome with extra care given to it was the office managers. A blind person could pick it out. THe walls are paper thin and you hear everything next door. The trash compactor is always breaking and there is always a trash back up. Which means trash everywhere. My roomate even got a complaint from the office manager who lived across the street bc she said he played his car stereo to loud when he drove in. We were only renters you didnt own us. the indoor pool was also nasty the last time they cleaned that building had to be a decade ago. Nasty! This place sux

Suprised to find this person thought Eland Downe was such an awful place to live, why then did they live here for 3 years, because for the money in this area this place can't be beat. Yea maybe construction could be better but for a renter I would rather live in a townhome rather then an apartment. Grass is cut every week, Maintenance request are completed the same day. The maintenance staff has 4 plow trucks and 2 backhoes running around the property in the winter. Penndot could'nt do a better job then these guys!

If you speak to the maintenance staff the same way you write a review, no wonder they were rude to you. And ... kudos to management for asking people to be respectful when driving through the property with stereos blasting. Hopefully you don't live at Eland Downe anymore because I seriously doubt that you are the type of tenant that management would like to retain.
