Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
I've been a resident here with my family for 5 years. The person who wrote the last review only moved in,in 2006. On a yearly lease it's illegal for the landlord to raise the rent except when the lease renews.
So where this person comes up with "up up up"' I have noticed when people move out new
people move in right away. There are plenty of maintenance people here and all my request seem to get done by the time I get home from work. There's also a playground and there seems to be a family section of the property. We plan on staying here until we can afford a house. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
