Look this town ain't Beverly Hills, If you're a renter and want to be close to great valley, this is basically the only upscale option in Phoenixville. Looking for a 3 bed townhome for my family and pets was impossible. The office said they did'nt have any 3 Bedrooms available but we could rent a two bedroom untill one became available.I've lived in several apartment communities, at least this place will call you back. Never had a problem with maintenance or the office, but as a renter i'm not a complainer. I refferred two of my friens here so that says it all.
