I am a fan of Eland Downe. Whenever I see people creating negative reviews of Eland Downe, I know that they are trouble makers and probably wouldn't like it anywhere. If the grass is greener at other places, then go ... I think the grass is greener at Eland Downe. I am a long time resident and appreciate all the time and effort from the staff, to make it a wonderful place to live. Every year the property is being improved, with the latest addition being new composite decks. If a resident needs to have something done, it is done promptly and probably taken to the next level. If you drive up to the trash and there is a maintenance person there, they will take the trash from your car with a smile. The rules at Eland Downe are not unreasonable and are made for the benefit of all the residents. If management is reading this review, I just say a huge thanks for making this a great place to call home.

This one was probably written by one of the office personnel themselves! What a bunch of crap! It sounds like it could've been an ad you would hear on the radio. "Blah blah blah come to Eland Downe.. if you're not happy here..."

Why would you refer to people leaving negative reviews as trouble makers? Why would you use that term? I have heard management use that term. This sounds like a member of Eland Downe Staff. mycivicisbetterthanyours is just stating his opinion. Why is that mean?
