Maybe the person who posted the rent goes up up up just didn't change the date to reflect the actual amount of time they lived here. And the rent does go up every year. Different amounts for different people living in the same type of house. There are plenty of maintenence people around, but are they doing any work' I rarely see them doing any work, just driving and alot of people I talk to agree. I don't think a family section is legal to have. Funny you should mention families. Management sent a notice to all of us a few months ago saying the kids could basically only play in their own front yards. Management is not very child friendly.
