Let s be honest .

I ve lived here at Eland Downe for 4 years. I know the manager a little. She has told me about so much crap she has had to put up with from disgruntle, ex employees and former tenants. I m sure these are the same people who are constantly bashing this property. While the internet is a wonderful thing, sometimes it s a shame people are allowed to voice their opinions towards individuals or companies just because they can.

My neighbor was the worst tenant I have ever experienced. They constantly left trash outside, played music at all hours of the night and would work on their cars all weekend. When the manager posted their town home for eviction the lady came to me and asked if I new why and if I would be willing to go on this website and leave a nasty review. Needless to say she no longer lives here. But I m sure she left a bad anonymous review.

I will personally vouch for my living experience here at Eland Downe. The management may be strict but they are nice and return phone calls. As far as the maintenance people I have never had a problem. When my air conditioner broke it was repaired the same day. I do see them driving around a lot, so at least there are actual employees unlike my previous apartment. The grass crew seems to be here every week even if the grass doesn t need to be cut and in the winter some of the reviews are right, the snow plowing is really good.. My deck is in pretty bad shape but I see they are starting to replace them.

If you re considering moving here please feel free to send me an email with any questions. I am rating everything high simply because this property doesn t deserve what I am sure are false reviews and/or bad ratings. If you take the time to drive through you ll see its nice and not a run down complex. If you can find a town house rental this nice for 1000.00 a month for me and my dog, please let me know.

This review is a complete contradiction. If it is such a good place to live, then why are there so many disgruntled ex-employees and such a high number of former tenants? I lived at Eland Downe for 3 years. It was great until they started renting to the UTI students. It quickly became a college campus. Music, fast cars, beer cans, etc. Make a deal with the devil, and this is what you get.
