Do you like hearing you neighbors conversations' Well at Eland downe just go to your basement and you can hear everything!!!
They rent to anyone, when I lived there my neighbor 2 doors down treated his place like a frat house.
In talking with other residents they said the manager ran it like she was a mob boss.
The one secratary is so miserable, when you talk to her her fakeness shines right thru!
From what I hear the onsite managers place is like a palace! When I would make trash runs, I would constantly see the maintenance men at her place doing something. The maintenance staff is ok I guess. The decks are a wreck!
THen when you move out dont expect your security deposit back!!!!!! even if you clean the place from top to bottom. They will still charge you for cleaning.
They really stick it to you when you move out.
