Well where should i start..at the beginning this looked like such a nice place to live beautiful scenerary, quiet and parking in front of your door. well let me tell you...when we first moved in it was nice after being there for about 1 week all th eletrcity went out all over the complex, about 2 months later our tub had a crack in it which prevented us from taking any baths, if you did you would have to risk the water damage the not only came through the linen closet next to the bathroom but also all down the sides of the wall leading into the living/dining room down stairs. the maint. were called and the only thing they did was plaster...yes plaster in the tub...the damn crack and said that they would replace it in the spring, well guess what spring came and they never did replace anything.In the summer we went to turn the central air on...worked like a charm...down stairs,if i wanted to feel it in the front room upstairs forget about it...it would have had to be on sky high...also in result of that i went down to the basement one day to talk to my roommate that was living down there and come to find out the air conditioner had leaked all over the floor down there...i mean all over the place..it took me about 45 mins to actually clean all of that water up and when the maint. men were called yeah it took them all about 5 mins to through the piipe that the water was coming from into a little hole that they had in the floor next to the unit. Not to mention the sink upstairs in the bathroom leaked from underneath also. And yes the managment..not friendly at all, at first there was a woman there who was the sweetest lady ever and then when she was let go (probably because she was actually nice to the residents)a dark cloud came over the complex and the woman they have there now must be the spawn of -----. As for the tenants next to me..argued all the time, such a complainer but did most of the things that he complaned on other people about...the deck was horrible...there were and probably still are wood peices missing from the rail and your right splinter heaven out there...yea they did start to fix them...but they started late summer in 2007 and here it is summer 2008 and it seems like the only ones that are done will be the ONLY ones that are done...so don't look forward to having a nice white deck to sit on this summer if you plan on moving there. The pool was a complete disgrace...nothing looks like the brouchure and when you walk in you have to walk back out and walk back in again just to make sure you have the right pool house...lol...the laundry room...awful...we went to use it one time and the washer are very out dated, dirty and dont work well. The dryer....welll let me refrase that...the ONE out of SIX dryer that actually works. Your better off going to the laundry mat across from the complex...which is owned by Eland Downe also :) all i can say is if your interested in moving here...really do your research from top to bottom...throughly.
