What a fabulous place to live. I feel like I own my own home. I have a beautiful deck, a full basement, nice size rooms, huge windows, and I can plant some flowers around my front entrance. I am so excited. Don't let me forget to mention that there is an in-ground pool and a fitness center. I am in heaven.
The office staff has been so quick to respond anytime I call with a question. They are consistently very courteus. The maintenance staff is wonderful as well. I am never the least bit concerned when they come into my home. They are a great group of guys who do a great job.
So, although you will always read some negative in ratings like this, please take into account that some of these people complaining may not be paying their rent on time or they may be doing things they are not to be doing thus there are consequences such as late fees or non-renewals. By making negative comments, it makes them feel better.
No I do not work for this company but I have been in the business and I have seen it all. I will be very honest with you. Eland Downe is a place I am so very proud to call home. I rate this community a 5.

You are either insane or the manager. I lived there and paid my rent on time and followed all the rules. The pool and fitness center were disgusting and the decks were disgraceful

I agree. All these reviews that pump up the property are too over the top. Regular tenants don't go into all that detail.

People who love where they live and are excited about the things that they can do at Eland Downe, go into detail. Residents who have a negative view certainly go into great detail and I guess that's okay. I agree with this resident that Eland Downe feels like home and that it what it is all about!
