I, the same as a previous review also experienced Bonnie's inacurrate knowledge or lack there of. Several of my questions went unanswered and others I had had to wait till she found the answer. I can't beleive she's been at that place as long as she has. I should have went with my better judgement and declined filling out the application and signing the 50 page lease. Now I, like most of you, am stuck here for almost a year in hopes that at the end of it I can get my deposit back and find a better place to live. Lots of issues with spiders, roaches, and other undesirables. Faulty wiring, unclean conditions upon moving in, ripped screens, no toilet seat, etc. Maintenace came out and fixed everything thankfully. The maintenance guys are the only ones keeping this place above water, although, they did miss all of those things when they got the place ready for me. I'm still shaking my head over my poor decision. The last reviewer was right about Independence Crossing. That was my other choice but I went with Eland Downe thinking it was higher class. I cleaned my house perfectly and was still charged over 300 bucks for their cleaning company to "clean" my townhouse. I do know how to clean as I clean for a living. Good luck, I am glad I am not there anymore.
