Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I enjoy living here. The rent is affordable, the people are nice and the pool is open. Phoenixville is a quaint town that is improving every year and Holly Court is a great place. Heat is included in the rent. Even though the apartment manager is never around and slow to respond to any calls, I like it here
