Neigbors were quiet, street noise and kids hanging out at the car wash were disruptive well after midnight. Laundry room was not ?safe? and the front doors were not secure. Regulated heat was set so low inside of windows would frost over. These things may have been fixed/updated in the past 2 years. I lived here 4 years prior and felt much more comfortable.
