Decent place - Inexpensive & spacial w/ few problems

The apartments themselves are great. I had a huge 1BR apartment here - very large bedroom with a walk-in closet, large living room, small eat-in kitchen, decent bathroom and a 2nd huge closet through the hall, with ample parking out front and back storage in the basement. I'm sure it's gone up a little since I lived there, but my apartment was only $550 - that's a steal for the size of the place and its proximity to King of Prussia and Collegeville. There's also a well-kept pool in the courtyard, and management was always responsive and polite in all my dealings with them.
The only downside is that it's in Phoenixville, and that means noise, crime, and rude neighbors. I never felt unsafe at Holly Court, but there was some BS to put up with. One neighbor across the hall would sometimes play his stereo so loud at 3AM on a weeknight that my windows would rattle (a few calls to the police stopped this). Another neighbor would have violent screaming fights with her boyfriend almost every night of the week. Then there was the time that, for no apparent reason, someone smashed several windshields (including mine) in the lot.
If Holly Court were in a more desirable neighborhood, these huge 1BR apartments would easily go for $1,000 or more per month. But the fact is, P'ville is kind of a dangerous, backwater white trash town full of mean high school kids and bitter rednecks. Holly Court is in the nicer part of town, but if you're a young professional you're not going to like your neighbors much (even if you love the place).
