I moved in here about a year ago and will be leaving as soon as the lease is up.

Pros-
1) The maintenance man, Carl, is amazing. He fixes everything within an hour of calling in a request!
2) The property manager is overall responsive. There have never been false accusations about payment or damage.

Cons-
1) As a woman, I do not feel safe. The back parking lot is not well lit and there are always groups of guys loitering there.
2) The neighbors are noisy. They blast music at all hours and have no respect for people who need to sleep and get up for work in the morning. Dogs are not allowed and yet you will hear barking coming from apartments.
3) Lots of people stand on the back porch facing the pool to smoke both cigarettes and marijuana. The windows don t seal properly and the smoke will drift in your apartment.
4) There is a sketchy man named George who sits at the mailboxes all summer long. He jokes that he is the Mayor of Holly Court. Forget about checking your mail unless you want to talk to him. Ditto on swimming in the pool- he will approach you and try to have a conversation.
5) People treat this place like a freshman college dorm, leaving trash and used cigarettes in the stairway and vomit in the bushes.

In conclusion, I would not live here unless it is your absolute last resort. The apartments themselves are not terrible inside, but you will severely dislike your neighbors.
