I've lived here for one year and have had minimal problems. My building was having a problem with the hot water working properly, but I believe they've got it fixed now. Lots of closet space, large rooms. You can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around, but it's not annoying. Office staff is always nice and respectful. The complex has a neighborhood-y feel, and since the entrances are all directly from outside, it looks more like a townhouse community than apartments. Ground are well maintained, and snow removal is swift and constant. For the price, it's a great place to live.
