There is alot of work going on which is actually pretty hectic but the parking lots don't have potholes anymore and the landscaping looks great. I have grass in my front yard! The office staff are so sweet and pleasant. Maintenance is pretty good for the most part. They don't always come right away but I know they have been hiring new maintenance and everything has been a little crazy, but they get the job done correctly on the first time out. I have been a resident for 8 years and since the new company came in there has been more done in two months then in the whole 8 years I've been here. I am very happy here and the rent is reasonable and doesnt go up too much at the end of the year. Its quiet living here and people are friendly. The laundry rooms need a little bit of work and I wish the pool was a little larger, but for the most part I am happy here and plan to stay awhile.
