I have lived here for almost six years. I enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of these apartments for a reasonable price. That is hard to come by in Phoenixville. The maintenance guys are very polite, but I do miss Ed. He was a good guy who always had a smile on his face and genuinely looked like he enjoyed doing his job. Rick was very helpful and helped me install an A/C in my bedroom after hours. They will be missed but the new maintenance team work hard and I had the pleasure of meeting a couple of them. The office people were and are great. Regina was always sweet and helpful. Helene was a good manager, I really miss her. I could come in and talk to her and she would always make time for her tenants. Amber is very nice as well. I haven't had much of a chance to meet the new manager Valarie, but I'm sure she is a nice person. They are doing alot of construction work and landscaping so it really does look nice. I would like to see some upgrades in the apartment, like washer and dryers in the apartment. There is plenty of room in the living room closet. Dishwashers and maybe some central air. Overall I have enjoyed my stay and intend to be here for a few years until I find a house.
