I don't know why the person before said the walls are paper thin. Maybe you just have obnoxious neighbors. I live on Lexington and yes, the parking in front gets taken up quickly but that is the whole point of having a parking lot behind the apartment. THe parking lots just got repaved and my balcony just got repainted. As far as the laundry rooms I dont' see any problems. They aren't dirty and the trash is emptied at least once a week and there is no flooding. The basement ceilings are new and the floors have been repainted. My apartment could use some new cabinets, but I like the layout and the people who live here are great. I have no problems with my neighbors. The snow removal has been better in past years. This past winter the walkways were taken care of right away but the parking lots were an issue to be reckoned with. I love my apartment and if I was to have a problem with my neighbors being too loud I would take the problem to the office were some resolution could be a possibility instead of complaining about it to a website that management may not ever see.
